We work within your brokerage's required platforms — whether that's Dotloop, Skyslope, Brokermint, Brivity, or any other system. We'll learn your platform and ensure all documentation is uploaded correctly, compliant, and on time. You won't have to change how you work; we'll adapt to you.

Absolutely! We coordinate with your preferred photographers, inspectors, attorneys, title companies, and any other vendors you work with. If you don't have preferred vendors for certain services, we can recommend trusted professionals from our network — but the choice is always yours.

Once a contract is accepted, we send introduction emails to all parties — lenders, title companies, attorneys, and the other agent — establishing ourselves as the main point of contact for transaction coordination. We handle the back-and-forth on timelines, deadlines, and document collection, keeping you in the loop while saving you from the administrative heavy lifting.

Marketing clients can begin immediately after signing their agreement. For transaction coordination clients, you'll complete a quick Access & Vendor Form, and then you can start sending contracts right away. There's no waiting period — once onboarding is complete, we're ready to coordinate.
